"Hello, I'm "Kimberly Joyce" Canzater, mother of 2 beautiful children and Licensed Clinical Massage Therapist of many. Originating from Blythewood, SC."

What made you get into Massage Therapy?

 "Well I started off as a CNA working with residents who had built up lymph in their limbs from where they were not turned frequently enough. As I researched and studied, I spent my free time (with their permission of course) working on relieving the swelling with basic massage. Over time the swelling went down and the feeling was back in my residents’ limbs. One day I had one of my ladies ask me why don't I go to school for it? I gave her every excuse I could think of from needing to work to provide money now to just not being sure. She said to me Nothing in life worth having is ever going to be easy. That in her life she regretted not doing what she loved and she urged me to not give up for I even started. That day I made a promise to continue to educate myself and those around me, more about massage therapy. I am now in love with it!"

As a Massage Therapist, what keeps you going?

"I ran into many people with conditions that requires the use of painkillers and muscle relaxers to cope with but I can help with that pain."

What do you personally specialize in?

Not only am I trained to relax the muscles like spas but I also restore muscular issues. Massage Therapy modalities I currently specialize in but not limited to are: Swedish, Deep Tissue, CNT (Clinical Neuromuscular Treatment), Geriatric (Elderly), Integrated, Sports and Chair (seated)."
